Some issues  to be made  clear before  signing up  for  Annualised  job plans :

 

Are you going to maintain a  fixed  time table  with fixed  days  for theatre, clinics  etc   or  will it  be  a  flexible .

 

Are you  working towards a  42  week  annualised job plan . If  this  is  agreed  and a  colleague  picks  up  extra lists  &  does  42  week  work in 38  weeks  what happens during the  rest of the year.

 

Colleagues  doing Monday  sessions-  Are the bank  holidays taken off the 42  weeks  or  will they have to  provide 42  week worth of  work irrespective.


Do  you have a  robust  system to keep a  track of  all  sessions  done.
